Cuộc thi kỉ niệm 70 năm tổ chức của Hoa hậu Venezuela đã kết thúc với một sự kiện làm nên lịch sử khi người đẹp Ileana Márquez Pedroza đăng quang tân Hoa hậu Venezuela 2023. Ileana trở thành bà mẹ đầu tiên đạt được được vương miện quốc gia và sẽ chuẩn bị đại diện cho Venezuela tại Hoa hậu Hoàn vũ 2024 diễn ra tại Mexico.
The 70th edition of Miss Venezuela concluded with history being created at the finale night as Ileana Márquez Pedroza was crowned as the new Miss Venezuela 2023. Ileana becomes the first ever mother to win the national crown and will now prepare to represent Venezuela at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico.

Tân Hoa hậu năm nay 27 tuổi và cao 1m78. Ileana có bằng TSU ngành Giáo dục Tiểu học và có niềm đam mê giảng dạy. Cô là người dẫn chương trình truyền hình và người mẫu chuyên nghiệp.
She is 27 years of age and stands 5 feet 10 inches tall. Ileana is a TSU in Elementary Education and has a passion for teaching. She is a TV host and model by profession.
Danh hiệu Á hậu 1 lần lượt thuộc về Giorgiana Rosas đến từ Anzoátegui, trong khi danh hiệu Á hậu 2 và Á hậu 3 lần lượt thuộc về Daniela Celis đến từ Mérida và Cindy Granadillo đến từ Yaracuy.
The title of 1st Runner-up was adjudged to Giorgiana Rosas of Anzoátegui, while the 2nd and 3rd Runners-up were Daniela Celis of Mérida and Cindy Granadillo of Yaracuy, respectively.

Cũng tại đêm chung kết, người đẹp Sakra Guerrero đến từ Guárico đã đăng quang Hoa hậu Quốc tế Venezuela 2023 và trở thành đại diện chính thức của Venezuela tại Hoa hậu Quốc tế 2024 được tổ chức tại Nhật Bản vào cuối năm sau. Cô được trao vương miện bởi không ai khác chính là Hoa hậu Quốc tế 2023 – Andre Rubio đến từ Venezuela.
Also at the event finale, Sakra Guerrero of Guárico was crowned Miss Venezuela International 2023 as she became the official representative of Venezuela at Miss International 2024, which will be held in Japan later next year. She was crowned by none other than Miss International 2023 – Andre Rubio from Venezuela.

The panel of jury who was responsible for crowning the new winners included Luis Olavarrieta – Journalist, María Antonieta Duque – Actress, Alexander González – Footballer, María Fernanda Vera – Fashion designer, Guillermo Felizola – Photographer, Claudia Salazar – Event producer and Andrea Martínez – Marketing director.

Sakra comes from a medical background as she is a surgeon by profession. Although she is a doctor by profession, Sakra has always had a passion of modelling.

The coronation night of Miss Venezuela 2023 national pageant was held at the Centro Comercial Líder in Caracas, Venezuela on 7th December 2023.
