Người đẹp đại diện cho Palmela, Marina Machete đã đăng quang Hoa hậu Hoàn vũ Bồ Đào Nha 2023. Chiến thắng của cô mang tính lịch sử khi cô trở thành mỹ nhân chuyển giới đầu tiên trở thành Hoa hậu Hoàn vũ Bồ Đào Nha.
Miss Palmela, Marina Machete was crowned Miss Universe Portugal 2023. Her victory was historic as she became the first-ever transgender woman to become Miss Universe Portugal.
