Cuộc thi Hoa hậu Philippines ra mắt năm 2023 với mục đích chọn đại diện Philippines tham dự Hoa hậu Siêu quốc gia – Miss Supranational và Hoa hậu Sắc đẹp Quốc tế – Miss Charm. Bắt đầu từ năm 2024, ban tổ chức cũng sẽ chọn đại diện của Philippines tham dự Hoa hậu Sinh thái Quốc tế – Miss Eco International, Hoa hậu Hào quang Quốc tế – Miss Aura International, Hoa hậu Châu Á – Thái Bình Dương – Miss Asia Pacific International và Hoa hậu Sinh thái Thanh thiếu niên – Miss Eco Teen.
The Miss Philippines pageant, which debuted in 2023, selects Philippines’ representative to Miss Supranational and Miss Charm. Starting 2024 edition, they will also select the Philippines’ representatives to Miss Eco International, Miss Aura International, Miss Asia Pacific International and Miss Eco Teen.
Tổ chức Hoa hậu Philippines đã ấn định buổi lễ trao sash và danh hiệu cho các đại diện sẽ được tổ chức vào Chủ nhật, ngày 18/2/2024 tại Grand Ballroom, Hilton Manila. Người đẹp Krishnah Gravidez hiện đang nắm giữ vương miện Hoa hậu Sắc đẹp Philippines – Miss Charm Philippines 2024 và đang chuẩn bị đại diện đất nước tại Hoa hậu Sắc đẹp Quốc tế 2024 diễn ra vào giữa năm nay.
The organization is ready to make appointments and the ceremony will be held on Sunday, 18th February 2024 at the Grand Ballroom, Hilton Manila. Krishnah Gravidez already holds Miss Charm Philippines 2024 crown and is preparing to represent Philippines at Miss Charm 2024.
Bốn gương mặt ứng viên được Tổ chức công bố để cạnh tranh cho các danh hiệu đều thuộc Top 4 của cuộc thi Hoa hậu Philippines 2023. Các người đẹp Alethea Ambrosio, Isabelle De Los Santos, Chantal Elise Schmidt và Blessa Ericha mỗi người sẽ được chỉ định một danh hiệu để đại diện cho Philippines trên trường quốc tế.
The delegates who are in the running to win the titles at stake are the Top 4 from The Miss Philippines 2023. Alethea Ambrosio, Isabelle De Los Santos, Chantal Elise Schmidt and Blessa Ericha will each be appointed a title to represent Philippines at an international platform.

The remaining crowns in the running include Miss Supranational Philippines 2024, Miss Eco Philippines 2024, Miss Aura Philippines 2024 and Miss Asia Pacific Philippines 2024. Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2024 will also be awarded at the event finale, most probably be chosen from the placements from the last edition.
