Đêm chung kết của cuộc thi Hoa hậu Hòa bình Brazil 2023 được tổ chức vào ngày 10/6/2023 tại Recanto Cataratas Thermas Resort, Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná. Cuộc thi có sự tham dự của 28 thí sinh là những người đẹp được chọn thông qua các cuộc thi cấp bang hoặc tuyển chọn sơ bộ cấp quốc gia.
The coronation night of Miss Grand Brazil 2023 national pageant was held on 10th June 2023 at Recanto Cataratas Thermas Resort, Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná. Twenty-eight delegates, who were chosen through either the state pageants or national preliminary casting, competed for the title.

Danh hiệu Á hậu 1 được trao cho Cinthya Moura Escavadeira đại diện cho Pernambuco, trong khi Á hậu 2 là cô nàng Luciana Gomes đại diện cho Tocantins. Hai người đẹp Ana Finkler đại diện cho Paraná và Júlia de Castro Rodrigues đại diện cho Minas Gerais lần lượt được trao danh hiệu Á hậu 3 và Á hậu 4.
The title of 1st Runner-up was adjudged to Cinthya Moura Escavadeira representing Pernambuco, while the 2nd Runner-up was Luciana Gomes representing Tocantins. Ana Finkler representing Paraná and Júlia de Castro Rodrigues representing Minas Gerais were awarded the titles of 3rd and 4th Runners-up, respectively.

Top 11 also included São Paulo’s Caroline Valentino, Ceará’s Victoria Melo, Pará’s Yasmin Alcântara Resende, Maranhão’s Natália Seipel Nikolic, Cataratas do Iguaçu’s Bárbara David Vázquez and Rio de Janeiro’s Esthefane Souza.
